About Brooke Wolford, Coldwell Banker Burnet
I was introduced to real estate right out of college. I began my real estate career on the closing end of the transaction. I spent over six years closing learning the real estate industry from all angles. With my experience and knowledge, I obtained my real estate license and found a career that I truly enjoy being a part of.
I take my job very seriously. I have taken a lot of pride in the fact that I treat all of my clients like family. I believe that having strong values and a true heart is what makes me successful. I also continue to learn new ways to help my clients. I strive to be different and bring a stronger level of experience to my clients. I am up to date on all of the latest technology trends to help serve you better. I am completely mobile and able to be available for my clients whenever they need me. If there is a place with wi-fi, there is a place for me and my clients to meet and discuss their housing needs. I take a casual and honest approach with my clients. I want you to be as comfortable as possible. I am a true “no pressure” agent. I know that home ownership is not something everyone is ready for. But I can help you get there is that’s your goal.
I also have a long history of wanting to share. I blog about my experiences as a rookie real estate agent . I feel that its important to share the things I learn along the way to help improve the real estate industry. I also blog for Realtors Magazine’s YPN Lounge. The YPN Lounge is a great resource for agents.
You can also check out my posts on one of the best sites in the Twin Cities for real estate news and information.
I take an active role in my real estate community. I have recently joined the task force for the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors YPN chapter, the YoPro’s. If you are an agent check it out!
